What makes Weezie towels different from standard towels?
Our towels are made from 100% organic long-staple cotton and utilize a special spinning process that traps air, resulting in a towel that is exceptionally soft, absorbent, and low-linting.
How should I care for my towels to keep them fluffy?
We recommend washing in cold water with a gentle detergent and tumble drying on low. Avoid fabric softeners and bleach, as these can decrease absorbency and damage the fibers over time.
Do you offer custom embroidery or monogramming?
Yes! We offer a variety of embroidery styles and thread colors. Please note that personalized items take an additional 2 weeks for processing and are final sale.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on all non-customized, unwashed, and unused items within 30 days of purchase. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. If your order includes monogramming, please allow up to 14 business days for your custom piece to be crafted.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Every Weezie order arrives in our signature blue box, making it gift-ready. You can also add a personalized gift note at checkout for no additional charge.
